Group President and CEO, Inmeta ASA
Jarl Øverby (born in 1969) has a BCom degree from BI (the Norwegian School of Management in Oslo) and joined Inmeta on 1 November 2006. He came to the company from the position of CEO of Sony Denmark. Jarl Øverby was a member of the Nordic Management Team and worked for Sony for almost five years. He previously worked as the Sales and Marketing Director at Bredbåndsfabrikken, and in the period 1996‑2000 held a variety of sales and management positions at Xerox Norway. Jarl Øverby also holds the position of Managing Director of Inmeta Licensing AS. He played for the Stabæk Bandy team, winning a number of Norwegian Championships, and has made more than 50 international appearances for Norway.
As of 15 December 2008, Jarl Øverby holds 522,000 shares through his wholly-owned company Ringsplassen AS, and has 447,619 future share options.

CFO, Inmeta ASA
Christian Martinsen (born in 1968) holds a BCom degree from BI (the Norwegian School of Management in Oslo) and has also taken an MBA in Copenhagen, Denmark. Christian joined the company from the Optimera Group (a construction materials company, including the Montèr chain) where since 2004 he held the position of Director of Business Development/Acquisitions.
His previous experience includes: the Hakon Group (ICA Group) in the period 2002–2004, where he managed the Business Controller unit. Project director at If damage insurance (2000–2002). Various positions at Orkla in the period 1993–2000, most recently manager of the Controller department. Christian took up his current position on 1 November 2008.
As of 15 December 2008, he holds 40,000 shares through his wholly-owned company Martinus Invest AS. He has no future share options. |

Managing Director, Inmeta Consulting
Olav Waagan (born in 1970) has been director of the Consulting business area at the listed company Exense ASA since 2005. From December 2007 until the take over by Inmeta ASA in August 2008, he was director of Exense Consulting ASA, an independent company listed on the Oslo Axess exchange.
Olav Waagan has a BCom degree – data line – from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH), and has participated in the start-up of several IT companies. He has extensive experience as a consultant and project manager from IT projects in the field of banking and finance, both nationally and internationally.
Olav Waagan is the principal owner of Jaao Invest AS, which owns 3,247,075 shares in Inmeta ASA. He has no future share options. |

VP, Nordic Sales, Inmeta Licensing AS
Helge Solbakken (born in 1963) is a graduate of Datahøgskolen (the Norwegian Data College) and joined Inmeta on 1 April 2009. Previously, he worked for 4½ years as Sales Director for the Enterprise Division of Fujitsu Siemens Computers. Prior to that, he worked for the Intentia Group for seven years – one year as Sales Manager at Intentia, and the last six years as Managing Director of Informatikk-nett. He also worked for Dell for five years, building up the major customer department for the company when Dell entered the Norwegian market.
